Landmark Properties Welcomes Two New Tenants to Cloverleaf

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA (July, 2015)-Landmark Properties Group is pleased to announce Swedish Match and Vascular Access Centers will be opening locations in the newly constructed Cloverleaf Commons, a 63,000 square foot Class A office building located at 51 Dutilh Road in the booming suburb of Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township. Both tenants are slated to move in this August.

Headquarted in Stockholm, Sweden, Swedish Match is a leading provider of smokeless tobacco products including Snus, chewing tobacco and Lights (matches, lighters, etc.), with production centered located in six countries. Their 2.400 square feet on the second floor will be utilized as a sales office, and has been leased for the next five years.

Vascular Access Centers, a leading provider in vascular care, with locations in ten states throughout the United States, is opening a 9,700 square foot surgery center on the first floor. The surgery center will offer a private entrance and is expected to open August 2015.
